Yoel Robens-Paradise, Vice President, Canada West – BC
As Gevity’s Vice President for British Columbia, Yoel provides executive consultant support to projects nationally. A strategic leader, his collaborative approach unites diverse professionals and organizations into high-functioning teams. Yoel has over 25 years of health care experience, most recently as VP Digital Health at Providence Health Care (PHC) with a portfolio of health information management and biomedical engineering services comprising 1,700 staff at 36 sites across Fraser and Vancouver health authorities, the Provincial Health Service Association and PHC. Yoel also co-sponsored the Clinical and System Transformation Project ($840M). His senior experience, supporting over 10,000 physicians and over 50,000 care providers, buttresses his consulting services. Yoel is a values-based leader -- emphasizing transparency, stakeholder engagement, public accountability, respect and customer service.
Yoel earned his Master of Public Administration in health administration from Columbia University in New York City. He volunteers as board director for a non-profit summer camp and the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA).
Yoel is based out of Gevity’s Vancouver office, where he is accountable for leading and expanding the Gevity Canada West – BC practice.
