In 1995, Leon Salvail and two associates formed the partnership that became Gevity Consulting Inc. (formerly known as Global Village Consulting). In roles that spanned President, CEO and COO/CFO, Leon has capably guided the company's steady growth since its founding.

Anushka Premji-Osman is a senior management consultant offering more than 17 years of health informatics experience, including expert knowledge in the public health domain.

Joanne Templeton opened Gevity’s Ontario office in 2010 and is currently senior vice president for the Canada/East territory covering Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic provinces.
